- Introduction
The 10 th KAGRA international workshop (KIW) has been held on 29-30 May 2023 in National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Hsinchu City, Taiwan. KIW focuses not only on the KAGRA project, but also encompasses all related fields such as other gravitational wave experiments, gravitational wave sciences, and multi-messenger astronomy.
- Yuki and Daiki's Talks in 10th KIW
During 10th KIW in NTHU, Yuki and Daiki have been chosen to give oral presentations. Daiki presented his consistency check of ANSYS and COMSOL simulations in the Bulk deofrmation of ETM induced by photon calibrator (PCal). He performed modal analysis to seek the optimal PCal beam positions also performed harmonic response analysis to determine its optimal points more accurately. The resuls were consistent among ANSYS and COMSOL software. Meanwhile, Yuki presented the development of Academia Sinica Gravitational Physics Research Facility (ASGRAF) for Taiwan-LIGO Instrumentation group.
